The above experience is also backed up by manufacturing of machineries required for processing of above materials. We have state of the art machineries for the production of different types of Micro sections / shapes & foils of various different alloys such as Copper, Stainless Steel, Nickel & Nickel based super alloys.

The laboratory has all the high precision equipments for testing. Because of the in-depth knowledge in processing & manufacturing of above said alloys we could produce internationally accepted quality material. For annealing & stress relieving we have state of the art furnace with thyristor controlled & inert atmosphere of 100% Hydrogen. This furnace is operated with only ±1ºC variation.
