With more than two decades of experience we specialize in processing non-ferrous metals such as Copper & Copper based alloys, Nickel & Nickel based alloys, and Zinc & Zinc based alloys. We have state of the art machineries for the production of different types of Micro sections / shapes & foils of various different alloys such as Copper, Stainless Steel, and Nickel & Nickel based super alloys.

We also take pride in design and installation of complete processing plats for wire flattening and continuous casting of these materials.
 
       
 
Products
We produce micro flats and shapes of different alloys of stainless steel and nichrome as per custom requirements. The shapes vary from simple flat wires to micro squares ( with flat or round edges ), half round and triangular shapes. With the state of the art machines we produce these in stringent tolerances with high surface finish.
 
     
Automotive Wiper’s Wire

We produce stainless steel flat wires required as rubber tensioner for automotive wipers in diiferent hardness and tensile strenght with very strict tolerances.
 
Vertical Continuous Casting Plant ( VCCP )
For the first time in India, Kalpatech Engineers, backed up by over two decades of experience in the field of copper and copper alloys smelting / refining / melting and various types of casting such as conventional, down casting, semi continuous casting, and horizontal continuous casting plants, have successfully developed Copper Strip Casting up to 620 mm width with Vertical Continuous Casting Plant (VCCP).

 
       
 
Wire Flattening Mill
We develop and install high precession nichrome wire flattening mills as per client requirements. The mill consist of pay-off unit, capstan and two sets of tungsten roll assembly, rewinder and accessories. The whole electrical system is PLC based.
We have recently supplied mill to M/S Ruby Mica Co. Pvt. Ltd. for nichrome ribbons. The tolerances achieved is thickness ± 2 microns and width ± 10 michrons.
